Quarterly retail commission of 5-15% also earns you points for their educational classes! For the first 3 months only pay $450 per month (if paid upfront). Move in and refer a friend and get a discount of $150 on your full priced rent. We offer month to month leases with a 30 day notice! Storage and snacks/ custom beverage bar provided by owner!
